Katie received her bachelor’s degree in journalism and Master’s degree in speech-language pathology from Ohio University. Prior to pursuing her Master’s degree, Katie worked at Highlight’s for Children Magazine and she is passionate about incorporating early literacy skills into her therapy. She has experience working with children who have articulation and phonological disorders, language delays, receptive-expressive language deficits, and language delays secondary to hearing loss. It brings her great joy to connect with patients and collaborate with families to help them reach their full communication potential.
