Bethany brings a variety of administrative and clinical experience to her role as Executive Director, including experience as a pediatric audiologist, training manager for Early Intervention and Help Me Grow at the Ohio Department of Health, and a contract manager in the private sector at a medical supply business. Her guiding philosophies to quality clinical services include the importance of family-centered care and interdisciplinary team decision-making. Bethany has a master’s degree in audiology as well as a master’s degree in health services administration.
