Bethany brings a variety of administrative and clinical experience to her role as the Executive Director including experience as a Pediatric Audiologist, Training Manager for Early Intervention and Help Me Grow at the Ohio Department of Health and Contract Manager in the private sector at a medical supply business.
Joan received her graduate degree in Audiology from the University of Akron in 1987. She came to the Center after working in an ENT office and after several years in a pediatric hospital.Joan loves working with adults with hearing loss.
Debra received her Bachelor of Science from the University of Iowa, Master of Science from the University of Arizona and her Doctor of Audiology from the University of Florida. She has been practicing as an audiologist in a variety of settings.
Donna earned her Master’s in Audiology from the University of Tennessee and brings over 20 years of experience working with children and adults in a variety of situations including ENT offices, private practices, and assisted living communities.
Rhonda received her undergraduate and graduate degrees from The Ohio State University. She has worked in a wide variety of settings, including hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, home care, rehabilitation centers, elementary schools, Autism units and preschools.
Laura received her Bachelor’s degree in speech-language pathology at the University of Toledo and her Master’s degree from the University of Akron. She has worked in clinical and school settings with patients ranging from 6 months – 85 years.
Sidney became interested in speech language pathology when she was in high school applying for colleges. She attended Ohio University for her Bachelors degree and Cleveland State University for her Masters in Speech Language Pathology. Sidney became “hooked” while observing a session during her coursework.
Amanda first became interested in the field of Speech Language Pathology in high school when she observed an SLP working in an elementary school. Amanda received her graduate degree in Speech Language Pathology from the University of Akron.
Mackenzie received her undergraduate degree from The Ohio State University and graduate degree from The University of Akron. She has experience in a wide variety of settings including, hospitals, assisted technology centers, high schools, elementary and preschools, Autism units, and rehabilitation centers.
Ciara became interested in the SLP field after volunteering at a day camp for children with Autism while she was in middle school. She graduated with her Bachelor’s degree from Ohio University and completed her Master’s at Bowling Green State University.
Katie became interested in the field of SLP after witnessing the positive impact that it had on her younger brother many years ago. She, too, wanted to make a difference in a family’s life! Katie graduated with her Bachelor’s degree from Bowling Green and completed her Master’s at Ohio University.
Megan decided to pursue a career as a Speech Language Pathologist after her Dad had a stroke and received speech therapy. She is a graduate of the University of Toledo. She enjoys being a new Mom, providing individual consultations in wellness and running.
Katie received her Masters degree from the University of Cincinnati and works full-time for the Olentangy Local Schools. She decided to become a Speech Language Pathologist in high school in Boardman and never looked back. Katie lives in Delaware with family.
Holley chose the field of speech language pathology after working with students who had limited communication skills and challenging behaviors. She finds helping families create ways to improve communication skills often leads to a decrease in challenging behaviors. The philosophy that guides Holley’s practice is “small change with big impact”.
Diane’s interest and expertise within Occupational Therapy is sensory integration in the pediatric population. Diane received her Bachelor of Science (B.S.) focused in Occupational Therapy from Elizabethtown College. One of her goals in therapy with every child is to bring joy, playfulness and education to their families. Diane is adapting to having two daughters that are young independent adults. Diane enjoys hiking with her family who hope to hike on all of the best trails in Ohio and she also enjoys singing in her church choir.

Suzanne Schupp, PTA, CMRS
ADMINISTRATIVE OPERATIONS MANAGER
Suzanne has been with the Center for eighteen years. She grew up in an insurance family and is a strong advocate for patients in order to maximize insurance benefits for services that are needed. Her hobbies include being the Delaware County’s 4-H Program dog trainer as well as dog rescue.
