EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
Bethany brings a variety of administrative and clinical experience to her role as the Executive Director including experience as a Pediatric Audiologist, Training Manager for Early Intervention and Help Me Grow at the Ohio Department of Health and Contract Manager in the private sector at a medical supply business.
Audiology
DIRECTOR OF AUDIOLOGY
Erin received her doctoral degree in audiology from Ohio State University in 2014. She has experience working with both the adult and pediatric populations, and came to the Center after working in a private practice setting and teaching as an adjunct faculty member at the university level.
AUDIOLOGIST
Debra received her Bachelor of Science from the University of Iowa, Master of Science from the University of Arizona and her Doctor of Audiology from the University of Florida. She has been practicing as an audiologist in a variety of settings.
AUDIOLOGIST
Donna earned her Master’s in Audiology from the University of Tennessee and brings over 20 years of experience working with children and adults in a variety of situations including ENT offices, private practices, and assisted living communities.

Tasnim received her Bachelor of Arts and Doctoral degrees from The Ohio State University. She has trained and worked in a variety of settings including private practice, VA hospitals, and ENT clinics.
Speech Language Pathology
LEAD SPEECH LANGUAGE PATHOLOGIST
Rhonda received her undergraduate and graduate degrees from The Ohio State University. She has worked in a wide variety of settings, including hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, home care, rehabilitation centers, elementary schools, Autism units and preschools.
SPEECH LANGUAGE PATHOLOGIST
Laura received her Bachelor’s degree in speech-language pathology at the University of Toledo and her Master’s degree from the University of Akron. She has worked in clinical and school settings with patients ranging from 6 months – 85 years.

Mackenzie received her undergraduate degree from The Ohio State University and graduate degree from The University of Akron. She has experience in a wide variety of settings including, hospitals, assisted technology centers, high schools, elementary and preschools, Autism units, and rehabilitation centers.

Ciara became interested in the SLP field after volunteering at a day camp for children with Autism while she was in middle school. She graduated with her Bachelor’s degree from Ohio University and completed her Master’s at Bowling Green State University.
SPEECH LANGUAGE PATHOLOGIST
Ashley received both her undergraduate and graduate degrees from Ohio University. Ashley enjoys working with a variety of patients, but has a special interest in working with children that use Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC), Children with Childhood Apraxia of Speech, and Children with Complex Communication Needs.

Sidney became interested in speech language pathology when she was in high school applying for colleges. She attended Ohio University for her Bachelors degree and Cleveland State University for her Masters in Speech Language Pathology. Sidney became “hooked” while observing a session during her coursework.

Amanda first became interested in the field of Speech Language Pathology in high school when she observed an SLP working in an elementary school. Amanda received her graduate degree in Speech Language Pathology from the University of Akron.

Leslie received her Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Speech- Language Pathology at the University of Toledo. Leslie has worked in the school, clinical and skilled nursing facility settings.
Katie became interested in the field of SLP after witnessing the positive impact that it had on her younger brother many years ago. She, too, wanted to make a difference in a family’s life! Katie graduated with her Bachelor’s degree from Bowling Green and completed her Master’s at Ohio University.

Megan decided to pursue a career as a Speech Language Pathologist after her Dad had a stroke and received speech therapy. She is a graduate of the University of Toledo. She enjoys being a new Mom, providing individual consultations in wellness and running.

Katie received her Masters degree from the University of Cincinnati and works full-time for the Olentangy Local Schools. She decided to become a Speech Language Pathologist in high school in Boardman and never looked back. Katie lives in Delaware with family.
Administrative Operations

Shannon Lamar Winings, MS
POWELL ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT
Shannon received her undergraduate degree from Capital University, and a graduate degree from Tiffin University. She has a wide variety of experience, including preschool teaching, dance teaching, and medical claims. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her husband, dogs, and family.

Suzanne Schupp, PTA, CMRS
ADMINISTRATIVE OPERATIONS MANAGER
Suzanne has been with the Center for eighteen years. She grew up in an insurance family and is a strong advocate for patients in order to maximize insurance benefits for services that are needed. Her hobbies include being the Delaware County’s 4-H Program dog trainer as well as dog rescue.

Lindsay Beltz
MEDICAL CLAIMS SPECIALIST
Lindsay has worked in the medical claims field for twenty years. Her experience includes payment and claims processor, A/R specialist, auditor, trainer and customer service manager. Outside of work, Lindsay stays busy being a mom of two young girls and enjoys watching football games on the weekends.

Madison graduated from Rutherford B. Hayes High School- class of 2019. She will be attending The Ohio State University, Marion campus to study Neuroscience and Interior Design. She enjoys baking and spending time with her younger brother.
