"Baby Sign Language: Give Your Baby a Hand in Early Communication" introduces parents, grandparents and other care-takers to basic signs that can be taught to their baby starting around seven months. Babies who sign begin speaking earlier than non-signers and experience less frustration when communicating with adults and other children. The creator of this program, Rhonda Granger, MA CCC-SLP, has been a speech-language pathologist with the Delaware Speech and Hearing Center since 1999, and developed the program using her experience as a therapist and as a parent.
