As you can see from our most recent newsletter, the growth in our community is propelling us to offer more specialized services to all ages. 

Changes in our health care delivery system make it imperative for all of us to carefully check our benefits to ensure that neccessary services are covered.  You will read that staff members have done much to update and augment their knowledge and skills to meet diverse client and family needs.  Client spotlights give our community an up-close and personal view of our mission in action through the eyes of our clients, parents and therapists.

To ensure adequate funding for our programs and capital needs, our development manager reports on the generosity of our community as individuals, clubs, foundations, industries and state government.  Check out the Giving section of this site for more information.

 A big improvement in our physical facility scheduled for this year will improve access to the facility and control waiting room temperatures.

 Where did the time go and what did it yield?  Given fifty years of carefuly management and community support, the seeds planted by a few forward looking individuals in 1959 bloomed into a magnificent bouquet, realizing the Delaware Speech & Hearing Center mission.
